I am currently an assistant staff scientist at Argonne National Laboratory. I obtained my PhD from the University of Cambridge where I investigated the optical and spin properties of novel color centers in diamond, namely the SiV and SnV centers. I then joined Harvard University as a Marie Sklodowska-Curie postdoctoral fellow, working on interfacing the SiV spin with mechanical vibrations, and Delft University of Technology on many-body physics with nuclear spin ensembles in diamond. My current research focuses on interfacing spins with mechanics for quantum technologies.
