Jonathan Marcks

Pronouns: he/him (né Karsch)

Jonathan is a postdoctoral researcher at Argonne National Laboratory studying spin qubits in semiconductors. He works on the Chicago Qauntum Computing Testbed (CQCT), as well as nitrogen defect spins in diamond. Jonathan joined the Awschalom Group as a graduate student in 2017, and received the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship in 2019. Outside of the lab, he enjoys baking gluten free bread and biking along on the Chicago Lakefront Trail.
