Zhongbo completed his Ph.D. in Chemistry at the Department of Macromolecular Science and Engineering, Case Western Reserve University. He joined Patel’s Group as a postdoctoral scholar in November 2020. His research interests focus on functional polymers and their applications in electrical, electronic, and photonic devices.
He worked on the development of high-performance polymer membranes for liquid electrolyte batteries. He is co-advised by Dr. Lu Zhang from Argonne National Laboratory.
