Clarivate’s 2024 list of the world's most highly cited researchers includes five faculty from the UChicago Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering (UChicago PME).
The yearly list honors “influential researchers at universities, research institutes and commercial organizations around the world who have demonstrated significant and broad influence in their field(s) of research.”
The selection process involves rigorous evaluation and curation of data from Highly Cited Papers™ in trusted science and social sciences journals indexed in the Science Citation Index Expanded™ and Social Sciences Citation Index™ during the 11-year period 2013 to 2023.
The 2024 list includes the following UChicago PME faculty:
- Po-Chun Hsu, Assistant Professor of Molecular Engineering
- Liang Jiang, Professor of Molecular Engineering
- Chong Liu, Neubauer Family Assistant Professor of Molecular Engineering
- Shirley Meng, Professor of Molecular Engineering, chief scientist for the Argonne Collaborative Center for Energy Storage Science (ACCESS) and director of the Energy Storage Research Alliance (ESRA)
- Sihong Wang, Assistant Professor of Molecular Engineering
