Shereen Bourne works to support the delivery of the academic programs at UChicago PME, with a focus on the PhD Programs. She is engaged in course administration, records management, student engagement and support, and admissions for both PhD programs. She also serves as one of the primary liaisons between the academic programs and UChicago PME's Office of the Dean of Students.

Ozge Kocak Hemmat supports the Office of the Dean of Students at the Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering (PME). Her responsibilities include managing student records (academic progress, TA assignments), matriculation (onboarding, orientation, and training), graduation, data management, analysis, and reporting.

Maria A. Reyes manages the financial and operating budget for the Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering (PME).  She works closely with PME senior leadership to develop short and long-term plans to achieve financial goals, business strategies, and financial models for programs and initiatives.  She provides guidance and oversight to PME and oversees the finance & procurement, grant writing, and PME’s grants & contracts services.  Maria works closely with the University's central offices and affiliated organizations (Office of the Provost, University Research Administration, Financial Services, National Labs, etc.) to establish and maintain productive partnerships.

Danyel Cavazos oversees and manages the Quantum Educational Laboratory ("QuantumLab") at the PME. He works with faculty to design and implement teaching experiments and demonstrations in various quantum platforms. Derek works closely with Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering (PME) faculty, staff, and students to provide support and services from the dock area. He receives, tracks, and distributes all incoming parcels, packages, and lab gases throughout the PME division. He can be contacted with requests to send out packages and refill lab gases.
