Zhongyang Wang

Advised by Professor Vijay Ramani, Zhongyang earned his doctorate degree from Energy, Environmental and Chemical Engineering department at Washington University in Saint Louis in 2019. In his research, he focuses on understanding and improving the alkaline stability of anion exchange membranes with applications in flow batteries, alkaline membrane fuel cells and direct borohydride fuel cells. Zhongyang Joined PME at the University of Chicago from Nov. 2019 under the supervision of Professor Paul Nealey.

He is now working on phase behavior and electronic transport in semicrystalline conjugated polymers.
