<b>The Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering is researching solutions to humanity’s shared global challenges.</b><br /><br />
Rapid climate change is threatening life as we know it, and water scarcity is now a global crisis. <br /><br />
Join PME faculty members and Dean Matthew Tirrell to learn more about cutting-edge research that seeks to address the challenges caused by climate change and to provide solutions, including better and longer-lasting batteries, efficient systems for converting renewable energy into fuels and chemicals, and technology that extracts impurities from water to create a clean global water supply. The panel will run approximately 45 minutes, with a short Q&A to follow.<br /><br />A tour of the William Eckhardt Research Center will be offered directly after the panel. <br /><br />
