PME Mentor Training Lunch Series Workshop 2: Promoting Self-Efficacy

Join Professor Esser-Kahn for a discussion of self-efficacy in the context of research, and strategies mentors and mentees can use to foster the development of this important competency in mentees. The PME Mentor Training workshops are led by PME faculty members and staff experienced in research mentor training, and aim to increase mentoring competencies across the PME through discussion of case-studies.
Participation in previous workshops is not required to sign up for this workshop.
