In celebration of National Postdoc Appreciation Week 2024, we invite you to learn about balancing time for work and life outside work through an interactive time management workshop.

This multi-institution event will help you:

• Reflect on your current stress management and prioritization processes
• Learn techniques and develop a framework to more effectively manage stress
• Interact and network with postdocs from multiple institutions
• Apply this knowledge with a little friendly competition and chances to earn a prize at the end of the workshop
