Apply to Participate: Exploring the Quantum Universe – A Fermilab Quantum Symposium (December 4–5, 2025) 

Dear Students and Quantum Professionals, 

As part of the International Year of Quantum Science and Technology, the Superconducting Quantum Materials and Systems (SQMS) Center at Fermilab welcomes applications to participate in Exploring the Quantum Universe – A Fermilab Quantum School & Symposium, taking place December 4–5, 2025.

 This two-day, in-person event will feature lectures, tutorials, keynote talks, panel discussions, breakout technical sessions, poster sessions, interactive laboratory tours, live demonstrations, and public celebrations highlighting the latest advances in quantum computing, communication, sensing, and applications. The program will conclude on Friday evening, December 5, with a quantum-inspired art program and a public lecture by a distinguished leader in Quantum Information Science (QIS).

🔗 SQMS Annual Meeting and Quantum Symposium 2025 Students, postdoctoral researchers, and professionals are encouraged to apply to participate and learn about the state of the art and the future of quantum information science and technology. Selected applicants will have opportunities to engage in trainings, career development sessions, and poster presentations alongside peers and experts from across the quantum community. 

This is an in-person only event. Please note: 

• The following form is an application, not a registration. Selected applicants will receive a separate invitation to register. Apply here Because Fermilab is a federal facility, all attendees must submit and receive approval for site access prior to the event. A Real ID is required for entry.
