Alicia Banks serves as a member of the Administrative and Operational Team, which handles a diverse range of administrative tasks to coordinate the unit’s day-to-day operations, special events, and seminars. She provides administrative support for Heather Upshaw, Aashish Clerk, Joyce (Huanhuan) Chen, and Nicolas Chevrier.
She holds a Bachelor of Science from The University of Arkansas – Pine Bluff.
