Jake Skarzynski, a very talented undergraduate student in Huang lab, has built and worked on a micropipette system for real-time imaging single cell interaction and quantifying the affinity of cell-cell contact. His talents were shown as the beautiful independent work of building this system within one summer. He is a very intelligent research assistant, who was using his knowledge in physics to help other people's projects in Huang lab.
