Erica Budina

Erica received an SB in Engineering Sciences from Harvard University, where she conducted immunology and biological materials research in the Mooney laboratory. After graduation, Erica worked as a Research Associate in the Langer laboratory at Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Molecular Engineering with an emphasis in immunoengineering here at the University of Chicago.

Erica’s research focuses on engineering protein therapeutics for the treatment of autoimmune diseases.
