Immune cells are highly heterogeneous. In order to examine individual immune cells in different physiological and pathological conditions, our lab is experienced in next gen sequencing technologies and single-cell workflows.
Single-molecule kinetics & force measurement
Our micropipette adhesion assay is capable of measuring molecular interactions between cells at the single-cell and single-molecule levels.
Single-molecule & super-resolution microscopy
Our lab applies single-molecule and super-resolution imaging techniques to investigate the dynamics, interactions, and signaling of molecules on live immune cell surfaces.
