As a graduate student at Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico, Gustavo R. Perez-Lemus worked in coarse grained non-convex models of liquid crystals using Monte Carlo and Molecular Dynamics methods. Currently he is working on atomistic simulations of liquid crystals interfaces.
Gustavo R. Perez-Lemus graduated as a physicist from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico. He started his PhD studies in the liquid crystals group headed by Professor Jacqueline Quintana-Hinojosa as part of the Chemistry Institute at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. He also worked as an assistant professor at the same institution. Currently he is a visiting graduate student at the Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering working in the de Pablo group.
