Financial Management

  • Operational: Budgets, expenses, forecasting, reporting, procurement account payable, accounts receivable, GEMS reconciliation, ePayments
  • Grant Administration: Post-award administration of all grants
  • Capital and Asset Management: Capital budgeting/administration, asset tracking and managing

Facilities Management

  • Management and maintenance of all PME physical facilities (both at University of Chicago and Argonne National Laboratory)
  • Safety, environmental protection, and sustainability initiatives
  • Access and security of all PME facilities
  • Coordinate with facilities on all repair and maintenance requests

Human Resource Services

  • Support the faculty and staff recruiting activities
  • Work with Human Resources services for necessary HR services such as job posting, recruiting activities, on-boarding, and unit orientation of new hires
